After a car accident, Carrington Richardson’s life tragically ended, leaving her friends, family, and teammates in shock. Carrington had been a dedicated Carolina Union Volleyball Club member for several years.

Her death details are still a secret, but it is known that she had sustained grave injuries and died due to those injuries.

On March 11, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Jackson Day School, 1209 Little Rock Road, Charlotte, NC 28214, will host a funeral service in Carrington Richardson’s honour.

Family and friends of Carrington Richardson are mourning her passing, remembering her, and expressing their love and respect for her on social media.

Carrington was recognised on and off the court for her athleticism, commitment, and optimistic outlook. Carrington had a promising future ahead of her, and those who knew her had been left without her.

She inspired her other friends because of her positive mindset, fierce determination, and contagious love of the game. She also had a gift of making everyone feel at home and included. A close-knit group of volleyball players who are all passionate about the game makes up the Carolina Union Volleyball Club.
