Davis Bertans tore his ACL in his right knee during the Serbian League finals series versus Crvena Zvezda in June 2013, which sidelined him for nine months.

On March 20, 2014, he made his comeback against Maccabi Tel Aviv, providing two points, two rebounds, and one assist in 15 minutes of action. On March 28, 2014, he scored 20 points in a Euroleague Top 16 loss to Lokomotiv-Kuban.

Bertans finished his stint with Partizan by earning his third consecutive Serbian League title, assisting his team to a 3-1 victory against rival Crvena Zvezda in the finals series.
