Today, rumors about well-known and popular people circulate frequently. Like happened with Elliot Gindi, the voice actor who dubbed the English lines for the Genshin Impact character Tinghnari, it is quite simple to circulate incorrect information without understanding the facts.

Unreliable reports assert that Elliot Gindi has passed away without any official notification or confirmation. Hence, we can assume that he is still alive and healthy and that this is all a hoax.

Elliot Gindi recently gained attention and is no longer employed at Genshin Impact. Following a week of disturbing allegations, HoYoverse declared it would replace the English-language voice actor for Tighnari.

On February 7, when Gindi’s former Discord and Twitch moderator Matty released a document with comments from purported victims regarding their claimed interactions with the voice actor, the hashtag #ElliotGindi went popular. Several victims, some minors, shared their experiences with force, abuse, and sexual language.

Many other Genshin Impact voice performers thanked HoYoverse for their support in the announcement comments. Jenna Yokobori, who voices Yoimiya, responds to a victim’s account of others mocking and assaulting her.

Former model for Gindi, Matty, who revealed the incident to the public for the first time on February 15, told fans that a police report had been filed. Since then, Kindy has stopped using social media, but a Genshin coworker alleges that Kindy utilized phantom accounts to intimidate his detractors. The so-called Burner account became famous on social media because of Paimon’s voice, Corina Boettger.

Elliott continues to message youngsters and makes threats against SH using this burn account, according to Bottger. “Everyone, stay safe. He’s still attempting to manipulate you, so don’t react to him. Stop him! Be careful. You owe him nothing and don’t have to respond to him!
