Gerald Joseph Blavat, also known as “The Geator with the Heater” and “The Big Boss with the Hot Sauce,” was an American disc jockey and performer.

Blavat was born on July 3, 1940 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.

With a career spanning over six decades, Blavat was the first disc jockey in the early ’60s to play music from the ’50s.
